Visitors and Registered Users who wish to request the deletion or deactivation of Personally Identifiable Information from the Site's database can do so by contacting us at support@verita.co.il. However, due to backups, records of deletions, and legal or accounting obligations to retain certain information (such as transaction records), it may be impossible to completely delete all of a Visitor's records without retaining some residual information for a certain period. When an individual requests to deactivate Personally Identifiable Information, this information will be functionally deleted (i.e., it will not be accessible for routine use), and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way from that moment on, except as required for retention by law.

Deleting your account will result in the removal of your Personally Identifiable Information from our active systems, subject to any data retention requirements imposed on us by law (such as retaining records for tax purposes for the period stipulated by law).
